Growing up in Nicosia, in the days where there were no fancy cafés, sushi bars or delicatessens, Aphrodite was an easy solution to people that were after a quick lunch break or a snack at low prices. Undoubtedly the best sandwiches in the city, even though you shouldn’t expect to dine at the Ritz, as the place is tiny and as it used to be 20 years ago.
