Alati gets a star mostly for taking a random space and transforming it into a multi-function establishment. The location is fantastic as it is right on the beach where you can swim and relax during the day, have a drink in the afternoon or early evening, dine in the restaurant, or even have after hours drinks in the garden by the beach (open-air). The food itself might not be the highlight, neither is the beach but it fills a gap in the area, which was lacking an all-day beach bar.
