Galette is one of my favourite bakeries, I have established that. Introducing now their new Spanish Sourdough, which is made with whole wheat flour, barley, malt and rye flour. Another reason to go back, because this sounds so very inviting. Due to long fermentation the starches are broken down which makes it easier to digest and eliminates bloating. How about that. They make bread art here. One more addition to the bakery’s philosophy is the New Health Bar with more healthier options in snacks such as sandwiches and fruity treats.
