The truth is I doubt Nicosia needs another café as we have officially reached saturation point. Nevertheless, if you are not a café owner I don’t see a reason why you should mind, I certainly don’t since my options are getting bigger!
Raw is a brand new café in the centre of the capital yet in an easily accessible street. What I liked about it is firstly, its coffee. Raw uses only Arabica coffee beans (known for their superior flavour, body and acidity), that come straight from Ethiopia and can also be sold at the café. They are grown organically by tradition. If you like it sweet or flavoured you can try a selection of their syrups for 0.50€ extra. Apart from coffee, ice-tea and orange juice one can also find a selection of freshly prepared sandwiches and salads for either breakfast or lunch. The fact that it has a free delivery service and that coffees cost between 2€ and 3€ make it a popular choice for the surrounding offices and shops.
I might not such a big user of coffee delivered to me but nevertheless, Raw is on my way and now on my list of take-away or drink-in coffee options!
