The coffee-to-go trend was not very popular on the island until recently and I must say this is one habit I enjoy. What’s better than a good cup of coffee, especially for those of us who are always on the go and this little “Miss” knows her coffee well.
I visited Miss Coffee Espresso Bar on Tseriou Avenue. The place is small, but there is a rather comfortable sitting area in the back, a few seats in the front and also a cute outside sitting area. The vibe is modern, with nice details that make it cosy and hip. Tseriou avenue is always busy and the spot is really good to sit and have a short break in between errands. For some reason you don’t really mind the noise from the traffic outside and the location is perfect: in between a bakery and a flower shop:)
You will enjoy your hot and iced coffees, either there or for take-away. They do delivery as well. The menu includes all fancy sweet flavoured coffees, which I’m not really a fan of. They do have their skinny versions as well as having the option of soya milk. One can find a few bites and a very tasty tahini pie (“tahinopitta”), which tempts me every time I see it at check out. Oh and of course you can take home ground coffee for your filter or espresso machine. As soon as I go back again I will try their cold brew.
One very good freddo espresso costs 2€ which I find a very good price. All of the above, if you happened to be in Strovolos.
