To Elliniko Ouzomezedopoleio is introducing new summer dishes on the menu and I can’t wait to taste the combinations which sound very … complicated and surely intriguing. First on the list is the salad with carob, grilled vegetables and manouri cheese (which I love). Second new option on the menu are the sarikopitakia with xinomizithra (cheese), honey sauce, tsipouro and sesame. You are waiting for the third one? I will have to go and check them all out for you. Again, hard work, but somebody has to do it:)
