BUR-GER in Paphos opened just recently, introducing the new smashburgers, using a technique where the meat is smashed on the griddle to lock in the flavours of the 100% fresh pure beef. Well, that is something worth trying, right? A fast-food type of restaurant, serving not only burgers, but also Belgian beer mussels, fresh salads, a huge list of side orders to make-your-own burger, wings, seasoned chips and vegetarian burgers, suitable for vegans too. So, when in Paphos and in the mood for burgers, I will check this one out for sure.
