Summer beach days are here and I couldn’t be happier. Also because I have finally managed to become more efficient in packing for 2 kids. Although fruit is standard I am currently exploring ideas for (not only) beach snacks that are easy to make, easy to store and easy to consume. I also found that when you make the same snack into a different shape kids seem to like it more #truestory.
I used ingredients from Lidl.

Peanut Butter Sushi
Ingredients
- Brown sliced bread
- Peanut butter
- Jam of choice
Spread the jam and peanut butter on the bread, cut the crusts, roll the slice and cut in pieces.
Cucumber Tuna Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers
- 2 Tuna tins
- 1 Lemon
Mix the lemon and tuna steaks. Slice the peel off the cucumbers and cut in pieces. Form them into small cucumber sandwiches as shown in the picture.
