Gluten-free Pasta with Superfood Pesto with foodhaus

There can never be too many ways of enjoying superfoods. And if you have kids you do need to be innovative more often than not. I have been making this recipe for the past 3 years and the time has come to share this super easy and delicious way to enjoy superfoods.

Ingredients with foodhaus
  • 1 ripe avocado, chopped
  • 2 cups Ardo frozen spinach
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 pack of Agnesi gluten-free pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

If using spinach from frozen pour over hot water and let it set for 2-3 minutes. In a blender add all ingredients except the pasta until smooth.

To make the pasta, boil hot water with salt, add the pasta for 6 minutes and drain. Mix with the amount of sauce you wish to add. I had leftover sauce and consumed 24 hours later.
